Science through Cookery

The following are photographs of 4th Class exploration of the Science Strand of Materials and Materials and Change. We discussed the 3 states of Matter and drew the particles for each in detail. We discussed Reversible and Irreversible Changes in states of matter and looked at exploring this by keading and then rolling and cooking a traditional south indian flat bread. 

Great fun and the girls learnt all about states of matter related to a very important life skill of cooking.
